Architect in the House 2009
Architect in the House 2009 was a huge success, raising over £105,000 for Shelter money that will make a huge difference to the lives of people in housing need.
1,250 RIBA chartered architects took part in last year’s scheme, giving up their time to hold free consultations in support of Shelter. Nearly 3,000 homeowners signed up for this fantastic opportunity to bring their dream home ideas to life with help from an expert.

Thank you!
Architect in the House 2009 would not have been so successful without the support from RIBA chartered architects and homeowners who registered and took part in the scheme. Thank you also to the RIBA regions and employees who match up registered homeowners with architects in their area and ardently promote the scheme each year.
